2010 marks the 10^th anniversary of the death of Franco Donatoni and already a number of commemorative performances of his works have taken place. We recall just some: Cloches on 16^th October in Birmingham; Arpège on 25^th in Parma; and Le Ruisseau sur l’escalier on 21^st November in Cologne. The first few months of 2010 are filled with other commemorative events: the performance of Arpège on 2^nd February in Lisbon (Gulbenkian Foundation), followed by the Italian premiere of Esa (in cauda V) on 22^nd February in Milan with the Filarmonica della Scala conducted by Esa-Pekka Salonen (also on 23^rd and 24^th); on the 27^th February American premiere for Lame in Seattle; then, on the 18^th March in Tokyo the Japanese premieres of Che, Clair II, Duetto n.2, Luci, Luci III, Small, Small II and The Heart’s Eye.  April will see performances of Eco, Spiri and Tema (2^nd), in Milan, with the Orchestra I Pomeriggi Musicali, conducted by Pascal Rophé, and In cauda II  (23^rd), in Munich, with the Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks, conducted by Emilio Pomarico. Finally, on 30^th May in Prague, the national premiere of Tema with Ensemble intercontemporain conducted Pierre Boulez.
